About

Hi, I'm Angela Shamblin and I cannot wait to meet you so we can talk about what you want to do next! Currently, Grant Greenhouse is a team of one based out of Indianapolis, but I know that all good ideas grow quickly so I expect to expand my team sooner rather than later! This is my first business and I am very excited about the prospect of working with you.

While I have 15 years of experience working in the government and nonprofit sectors, I also have six years of experience specifically in the grant space. When I was the Director of the Data Analysis Team at the Indiana Department of Health, I was also the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) Coordinator. I also had a dual role at the Marion County Public Health Department where I served as both an Epidemiology Manager and the Overdose Data to Action Grant Coordinator (OD2A). I also served as the first ever Grants Manager at Crisis Text Line. In the space of six years, I have been able to win $35 million from applications I personally developed and submitted. I have also administered over $42 million worth of grants. I come with a lot of experience and like to describe myself as a Swiss Army Knife! Hopefully, you will find me useful!
